In this residential district on the Left Bank you are within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, the new Quai Branly museum, and the Invalides.
It is in a very classical Haussmanian building in the heart of the village (secured with a Digicode) on the third floor with no elevator. This studio apartment was renovated in 2006 and has new flooring. The main room has an American style open plan kitchen that is fully equipped with a conventional oven, a 2 burner cook-top, refrigerator, Microwave, and a counter with stools for informal dining. There is a very good quality modern double sofa bed. The living room window opens over a utility space between buildings and the kitchen window opens onto a small pedestrian walkway called the Passage de la Vierge. Equipment includes Cable TV, stereo, and DSL Internet access.
The bathroom has a fully tiled walk-in shower and basin. The toilet is separate.
