This is an exceptional, fully Air Conditioned, two Bedroom plus one bathroom apartment (700 Sq. Ft., Sleeps 6)
in the 7th arrondissement on the Left Bank in Paris. It has wonderful views of Paris from the apartment's two
terraces. One terrace faces South and includes a close-up and direct view of the entire Eiffel Tower. The other
terrace comes with a view of the Branly Museum across the street from the apartment building as well as Sacre-Coeur
off in the distance. This 2 bedroom apartment is within walking distance of the Metro, the RER, the BatoBus,
the Eiffel Tower, the Invalides, Trocadero, the Rue St. Dominique shopping district, and the Champ de Mars Park.
This apartment was renovated in February 2008 and has been refurbished to a high standard. There are hardwood
floors throughout, a bathroom finished with marble, special bamboo flooring on the large terraces (furnished with
tables and chairs), silk draperies, and a satin baroque bedspread in one bedroom and French toile bedspread in the
other. The furnishings are a mixture of antiques and contemporary reproductions. There are French doors that open
on each end onto the terraces. The apartment is on the 9th floor with elevator, high above the street and the
buildings around it so the views are uninterrupted and not blocked in any way.
The living room also has a leather Queen size sofa-bed and a huge plasma flat screen Cable TV with English channels,
a Stereo, and high speed DSL Internet access with Wi-Fi. Telephone calls to the US and French landline numbers
are free.
The master bedroom has a French Queen size bed, a large closet, and French doors opening onto the large terrace
with a direct view of the Eiffel Tower.
The second bedroom (smaller in size) contains a French daybed with a special mechanism that opens into separate
twin beds or a single King size bed. When open, the bed takes up the entire width of the room so that it must be
returned to its daybed status each morning in order to get to the room’s large closet.
The bathroom is constructed entirely of high quality marble and has basin bathtub, and toilet as well as glass shower-door panel that hydraulically lifts and then swivels out of the way when not in use.
The small utility kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave/grill oven, a clothes washer/dryer,
coffeemaker, toaster, and everything you need to cook a meal at home.
