This is deluxe luxury on the Seine... a fabulous location on the edge of the 7th arrondissement and a wonderful accommodation on the Left Bank in Paris at the very foot of the Eiffel Tower. The tree-lined entrance to the port and cobblestone quay gives easy access to a deck-terrace, with an expansive view of the river and the Beaux-Arts architecture of Passy on the opposite bank. Just upriver is the Iena Bridge where the Chaillot Palace and the Trocadero Gardens face the Eiffel Tower from across the Seine. Downriver, it’s a short walk to the tree-lined Isle of Swans with the Statue of Liberty. A short walk will take you to the Batobus (boat-bus) which will take up river to the Orsay Museum or Notre Dame, the Latin Quarter, or the Marais district in Paris.

Situated at the very foot of the Eiffel Tower the immediate vicinity also has the Hilton Hotel, Australian Embassy, Japanese Cultural Center and, recently, Maxim's on the River. Nearby is an open-air market that is held twice weekly and many of the numerous boutiques, restaurants, bistros, and historical sites which animate the neighborhood and give Paris much of its charm and character. Here you are only steps away from all the neighborhood bistros, restaurants, and shops.

The interior has a grand salon with a huge living-dining area (450 Sq. Ft.), a bedroom, bathroom, and a kitchen totaling more than 800 Sq. Ft. The salon has room for a crowd and plenty of seating. There is a leather sofa, easy chairs, and a separate combination sofa-trundle bed which converts to two very comfortable single beds. The dining area has a round table with chairs and there is also a full desk including maps and guide books. Equipment includes TV, VCR, Stereo, and DSL with Wi-Fi internet connection.

The bedroom has a king-size bed, wardrobe, coiffeuse, and night table and reading lamps and is divided from the main salon by a sliding Japanese style screen for visual privacy.

The kitchen is modern and equipped with a full convection oven, ceramic cook-top, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster and everything for preparing and serving meals.

The bathroom has ample counter space and towel rods, a cupboard, a clothes washing machine, and a shower with lots of hot water.
