This large, elegantly renovated, two bedroom apartment is ideally located in the very heart of Paris near the end of Ile Saint Louis. It is close to the Seine River and both the Notre Dame Cathedral on Ile de La Cite and the Saint Gervais church across the Seine on the Right Bank in the Marais district. It has easy walking access to the Ile Saint Louis and Ile de la Cite, and is between the Pont Louis Philippe, and the new Pont Saint Louis. The Notre Dame Cathedral, Chatelet-Les Halles, the Pompidou Centre, the Sainte Chapelle, the Latin Quarter and Place Saint Michel, the Bastille and Le Marais, are all within easy walking distance.
Located on the second floor of a classic 17th century building with an elevator, security entrance, intercom, and concierge living in the building, the whole apartment has wooden parquet floors and classic high ceilings with typical period moldings. The living room combines a formal salon with an entertainment area and an adjacent dining area.
