From here you can walk to the Notre Dame Cathedral, the Pompidou Centre, the Sainte Chapelle, the Latin Quarter, the Bastille and Le Marais.
This apartment has a great view directly onto the Seine river and the Right Bank of Paris (the Marais district). It has been entirely renovated and refurbished in a completely modern style. It’s located in a 17th century building with security code and and intercom and it faces over the Quai Bourbon.
This two level and two bedroom apartment (880 Sq. Ft., Sleeps 5) is on the 3rd and 4th American floors with no elevator (two flights of stairs required) and has a superb view over the Seine. The lounge has two sofas (one of which could serve as additional sleeping for a child), easy chairs, and a coffee table. The main living area is on the first (lower level) floor with a large lounge and a superb open style kitchen with brand new appliances, including a full size refrigerator, a Conventional Oven, ceramic cook-top, Microwave oven, and Dishwasher. There is also a separate toilet in its own enclosure on the main floor with the salon.
The sleeping area is upstairs with two bedrooms overlooking the Seine. Each bedroom has two single beds which can be put together to form large King Size beds.
The modern bathroom has an independent walk-in shower and a separate full bathtub, and basin and toilet. There is also a small laundry room where the washer dryer is located that is accessible from the bathroom.
