APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

This is a beautiful, sunny, and elegant studio that looks onto a large courtyard from the 4th floor (no elevator) of a classic building with a digicode entry. It is completely modern with a nicely refinished hardwood floor with area rug, a very modern black and chrome couch and matching black and chrome chairs arranged around a glass coffee table. There is a fireplace and side table with chairs in front of a window. The walls are white, and there are two large windows with white drapes that catch lots of sunlight.

A comfortable fold-down Murphy Bed that sleeps 2, Cable TV, a Stereo, DSL, and exposed original wood beams in the ceiling complete the setting.

There is a hi-tech kitchen with a ceramic cook-top with exhaust hood, stainless steel cabinet doors, sink, and back splash, a microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a combination clothes washer and dryer. The bathroom has a shower and basin. The toilet is in a separate enclosure.
