This is a quiet, elegantly furnished apartment on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of an ancient building with a digital security entrance near the Right Bank of Paris.
There is an entrance, a main salon, a second living room, dining room, a separate kitchen, two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It is furnished throughout with antiques.There are parquet floors, high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows with drapes. There is a TV and Stereo.
The kitchen has both gas and electric cooking, a traditional oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a clothes washing machine.
Bedroom 1 has a large French double bed, a closet, and an ensuite bathroom 1 with shower, basin, and a toilet in the bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds, a closet, and in suite bathroom 2 with shower, basin. There is an additional second separate toilet in its own enclosure that is accessed from the entry foyer.
