This Ile Saint Louis one bedroom apartment (440 Sq. Ft., Sleeps 4), modern and completely renovated, is on the 2nd floor of a 17th century building (with no elevator) and has wonderful direct views overlooking the Seine River and the Latin Quarter on the Left Bank in Paris. The Ile Saint Louis has a unique Baroque church, many refined boutiques, old-fashioned bistros and brasserie, delicate chocolate and food shops, a florist, bakeries, a wonderful cheese shop, and many pretty teahouses. The island has a village feel about it and is in the very geographic center of Paris. From here it is an easy walk to both the Right Bank (Marais and Chatelet-Les Halles districts) and the Left Bank (Latin Quarter and Saint Germain des Pres districts). And, of course it’s just steps over to the Ile de la Cite and the Notre dame Cathedral and the Sainte Chapelle.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

The apartment has a combination living/dining room with an open style kitchen. The view out the window is directly over the Seine River facing South towards the Latin Quarter. There is a double sofa-bed that will sleep two guests. Equipment includes Cable TV w/DVD, Stereo, and DSL Internet access with Wi-Fi. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, conventional oven, ceramic cook-top w/exhaust, a Microwave oven, and a Dishwasher.

The bedroom has a Queen size bed.

The fully tiled bathroom has a bathtub with wall shower, basin, and toilet. There is also a clothes washing machine and dryer.
