APARTMENT LOCATION

This is a modern 2 bedroom apartment (770 Sq. Ft., Sleeps 5) located on the 5th American floor with no elevator (four flights of steps). It is located in a 17th century building equipped with a security access code and an intercom in the center of the famous Ile Saint Louis. This spot is surrounded by a mixture of 17th century architecture, modern boutiques, narrow streets and views of the river Seine from its tree-lined quays. Nearby it has a baroque church, refined boutiques, old-fashioned bistros and brasserie, delicate chocolate and food shops, a florist, bakeries, a wonderful cheese shop and many pretty teahouses. From here you can walk to the Pompidou Centre, the Sainte Chapelle, the Latin Quarter, the Bastille and Le Marais.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

The entrance hall leads to the living/dining room equipped with a table and chairs, and a very comfortable double sofa bed (sleeps two). Equipment includes cable TV, Stereo, and DSL Internet access with Wi-Fi.

The first bedroom has a standard Queen size bed and large built-in wall closets which will allow you to store all your luggage. The second bedroom has a single bed, a sofa-couch and also has built-in closets.

At the end of this hall is the kitchen: entirely equipped, and includes a Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Combo Convection/Microwave oven, and a combo clothes washer/dryer. Also on the hallway is the bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower with basin. The toilet is in a separate enclosure.
