This is a one bedroom 4th arrondissement apartment (500 sq. ft.) on the 3rd American floor (with elevator) of an old 19th Century building, w/entry intercom. It is located on the very edge of the Ile de la Cite with a great direct views of the Seine river and the Ile San Louis.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

This apartment is a nicely furnished in a classic style with white painted ceiling beams making the whole apartment very light and airy. The floors are hardwood throughout. The living-dining room has a round table w/four chairs, neat framed prints on the walls, comfortable double sofa bed, and chairs, built in bookshelves, and Cable TV. This apartment has DSL Internet access with Wi-Fi. The phone requires a prepaid telephone card for outgoing calls.

The kitchen has a gas cook-top, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and clothes washing machine.

The bedroom has two twin beds that can be put to together as one large bed.

The bathroom has a corner shower, basin, mirror, and toilet.
