This is a completely modern and renovated one bedroom apartment overlooking the Place Dauphine. Place Dauphine is a small quiet residential park in the exact geographic center of Paris, yet completely calm and serene. It is surrounded by very historic buildings and apartments and a few small shops and cafes. This is the perfect place to have a sandwich or a drink in one of the quiet bistros without being subjected to the usual crowds and tourists and traffic and noise. You can easily walk to the Notre Dame Cathedral, the Saint Chapelle, the Place St. Michel on the Left Bank in the Latin Quarter or directly over to the Saint Germain Des Pres, also on the Left Bank, or over to the Chatelet - Les Halles and the Marais districts on the Right Bank. If you walk through the west entrance gate you will find an equestrian statue of Henry IV.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

The apartment is on the fourth floor, with an elevator, of an 18th Century Building. The access of the building is very secure and the apartment has a direct view over the historic Place Dauphine. This apartment (550 Sq. Ft., Sleeps 4), has large living room with a very comfortable Queen size sofa-bed, easy chairs, coffee table, and an expandable table able to seat up to 6 guests. Equipment includes Cable TV, Stereo, DSL, and a computer.

The bedroom has two single beds which can be brought together to form one large king size bed, and built-in closets.

The fully equipped kitchen has a full size conventional oven, a ceramic cook-top, a microwave oven and a Dishwasher. There is also a clothes Washing Machine and Dryer.

The bathroom has a very nice and large walk-in shower and basin with the toilet in a separate enclosure. The shower room and toilet are independently accessible from the bedroom and the living room making this an easy to share space.
