Close to both the Les Halles and the Marais district, this apartment is located on a small pedestrian street in the heart of the Chatelet district. Well known for its Jazz clubs, it is a very pleasant street and very alive and active both day and night. Here in the transportation center of Paris, close to the George Pompidou Center and the Forum des Halles, you will find easy Metro access as well as many coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques in the shopping district of Les Halles.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

This is a basic but spacious studio made up of a large room with wood floors. The apartment has high ceilings and the visible beams give a pleasant atmosphere. The contemporary furnishings include a sofa and a double bed. There is DSL Internet access and Cable TV. The building is in good shape and was renovated a few years ago. The apartment is on the fourth floor w/elevator and overlooks the interior courtyard.

There is a well equipped American style kitchen with refrigerator, oven, cook-top, dishwasher, clothes Washing Machine and Dryer, and a microwave.

The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with the toilet in a separate enclosure.
