This is a huge sunny three bedroom classically furnished apartment (sleeps 8) in an exceptional location! It is situated directly across from the Louvre and just steps away from Seine on the Right Bank in Paris. From here it is a few minutes walk to the Jardin des Tuileries, the Champs Elysees, and on the other side of the river, the St. Germain des Pres district is just 5 minutes walk away. The building is a 1856 Haussmannien building of very high standing. The apartment is on the 5th floor with elevator and enjoys exposed South-West views and sunlight. There is a direct view on the Louvre and the Seine.
This apartment has 1,925 Sq. Ft. and is made up of three bedrooms and a very large living room in the style of the Napoleon III period. A separate formal dining room makes it possible to host up to 12 guests. There is an extra single sofa bed in the dining room. Equipment includes Cable TV with English channels, Stereo, and DSL Internet access.
The first (Master) bedroom has a Queen size bed and an contiguous bathroom with a walk-in shower, basin and a toilet. The second bedroom, situated on the on other side of the living room has a double bed and another single sofa bed. The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds.
