It is in the very center of contemporary Paris, an area that abounds with historic, cultural and commercial attractions for the visitor: the Tuileries Garden, with the Orangerie and Jeu de Paume on one end and the Louvre on the other, is within easy walking distance. You might only be delayed by the numerous department stores along the Avenue de l'Opera and Rue de Rivoli, the arcades of extraordinary shops in the Palais Royal (even Thomas Jefferson used to shop here) or a detour to the nearby shopping districts of Champs-Elysees, the Carrousel du Louvre or the Forum Les Halles.
The Hemingway Bar at the Ritz Hotel or Harrys New York Bar a couple of blocks away, are only the best known of a multitude of choices to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
This spacious, bright studio is located on the 5th floor of a beautiful, historic building with resident concierge, three elevators as well as elegant stairways, covered with thick red carpet, a private garden, and secured by an entry code system.
It has a large open living area with a red convertible sofa bed, coffee table, a dining table seating 4, a comfortable easy chair from which to enjoy the flat screen TV, and, separated by a wall, a sleeping area with a double bed, night stand and reading lamp. Two south-west facing, tall French windows open on the Avenue de l'Opera below and capture the sunlight just as beautifully as Pissaro did in his painting of this famous street.

The modern kitchen is equipped with combination oven/microwave, two-burner cook top, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster and utensils and dishes for 4 people.
