This large two bedroom Paris apartment (1,100 Sq. Ft., Sleeps 6) is located right in the middle of an artistic area, in the 9th arrondissement on the Right Bank in Paris. It is just steps from the Opera Garnier, and also close to lots of theatres and cafés and enjoys easy access to three different Metro stations (Saint Georges and Notre Dame de Lorette on Line12 and Le Peletier on line 7). This apartment is located near the bottom of the Montmartre hill, not far from the famous “Moulin Rouge”, and two famous department stores in Paris “Galerie Lafayette” and “Printemps”. It’s a ground floor apartment in a typical Paris stone building. This is a very bright and very quiet apartment, due to double exposure to two interior courtyards.
There is a large living/dining room under a bright veranda window wall with a skylight. In the living room one sofa is convertible in a king size bed and there is a second sofa that can sleep one more person. Equipment includes Cable TV with English channels, Stereo, and DSL Internet access.
There are also 2 large Bedrooms. One bedroom has a King size bed and one has a Queen size bed.
The kitchen is exceptionally large for Paris and fully furnished. There is a refrigerator, a full conventional oven, a very large gas cook-top with stainless steel exhaust hood, Microwave, Dishwasher. There is also and a full size Clothes Washer and separate Dryer.
There is one large bathroom with a full size bathtub with hand shower and basin. The toilet is in a separate enclosure.
