APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

Situated on the 5th floor with elevator it has a large foyer opening to the double living room and to the dining room. The double size Salon has two windows, each with a balcony over a small quiet street. It is furnished with a double leather sofa. There is a coffee table, several armchairs, a 50 inch flat Cable TV plasma screen w/ DVD player, a Sony home cinema system, an additional hi-fi Stereo system, and DSL Internet access with Wi-Fi.

The adjacent Library room has a collection of more than 700 DVDs and 1,000 books in multiple languages. The library part of the double living room can be closed off and turned into a 4th bedroom using the Queen size sofa-bed from the main Salon.

The large dining room has a window w/balcony overlooking the courtyard and is furnished with a dining table seating eight.

The large master bedroom has four windows and an en-suite bathroom. It is furnished with a queen size bed, 2 side tables, a Chinese desk and armchair, a chest of drawers, a DVD player and a 37 inch flat plasma TV screen and a sofa. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with wall shower, a separate walk-in shower, a toilet, and a basin with a teakwood worktop and a mirrored cabinet.

A corridor lined with storage closets leads to two additional bedrooms and a second bathroom. The second bedroom has a window with balcony facing the courtyard. It is furnished with a Queen size bed, a side table, a desk, an armchair, built-in shelves, a chest of drawers, a DVD player and a 37 inch flat plasma TV screen. The third bedroom also has a window and balcony) over the courtyard. It is furnished with a Queen size bed, a side table, a desk, an armchair, built-in shelves, a chest of drawers, a built-in wardrobe, a DVD player and a 37 inch flat plasma TV screen and an art deco fireplace (closed). It is important to note that this third bedroom is accessed by going through the second bedroom.

The second bathroom, accessed via the central hall is equipped with a walk-in shower, a double basin, with a bamboo worktop and a mirrored cabinet, and a toilet.

The kitchen is adjacent to the dining room.
