The Russian Cathedral of Paris is a block away and the district abounds with Music halls (Salle Pleyel, Salle Wagram…), theatres, restaurants… A short walk will take you the Rue du Faubourg St Honore and its premier shopping district.
Situated on the 5th floor with elevator it has a large foyer opening to the double living room and to the dining room. The double size Salon has two windows, each with a balcony over a small quiet street. It is furnished with a double leather sofa. There is a coffee table, several armchairs, a 50 inch flat Cable TV plasma screen w/ DVD player, a Sony home cinema system, an additional hi-fi Stereo system, and DSL Internet access with Wi-Fi.
The adjacent Library room has a collection of more than 700 DVDs and 1,000 books in multiple languages. The library part of the double living room can be closed off and turned into a 4th bedroom using the Queen size sofa-bed from the main Salon.
The large dining room has a window w/balcony overlooking the courtyard and is furnished with a dining table seating eight.

It is furnished with a queen size bed, 2 side tables, a Chinese desk and armchair, a chest of drawers, a DVD player and a 37 inch flat plasma TV screen and a sofa. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with wall shower, a separate walk-in shower, a toilet, and a basin with a teakwood worktop and a mirrored cabinet.
A corridor lined with storage closets leads to two additional bedrooms and a second bathroom. The second bedroom has a window with balcony facing the courtyard. It is furnished with a Queen size bed, a side table, a desk, an armchair, built-in shelves, a chest of drawers, a DVD player and a 37 inch flat plasma TV screen. The third bedroom also has a window and balcony) over the courtyard. It is important to note that this third bedroom is accessed by going through the second bedroom.
