This beautiful apartment is located in the heart of the "Chic" Paris characterized by broad avenues and imposing 19th century buildings, typical of the more upscale parts of Paris, where you will find many inviting boutiques and a wide variety of restaurants. Just a short walk up the broad, tree-lined Avenue Niel, you will be within sight of the Arc de Triomphe and the Place de l'Etoile-Charles de Gaulle, the meeting point of twelve avenues.
The Champs Elysees continues to the east, past the Arc de Triomphe to the Place de la Concorde, Tuileries Gardens and the Louvre. Just two minutes away is a wonderful street market abounding with delicious fresh produce. From the Etoile, the metro will take you swiftly to the Louvre, the Palais Royal, Orsay Museum, Marais, Quartier Latin and further afield.
In a fine, well-kept building with concierge, a beautiful, antique elevator will carry you sedately to this elegant and spacious fourth floor apartment. Uncommonly large for Paris, it successfully combines fine antiques, objets d'art, and some amazing trompe l'oeil effects. Sweeping curtains frame the tall windows overlooking the avenue. Well-equipped though somewhat dated in style, the kitchen offers a dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave as well as a classic oven.
