It is in a classic Haussmanian Building in great condition and secured with double Digicode and a resident guardian. The apartment is on the fifth (top) floor with elevator. However, there is one flight of stairs to manage once you enter the apartment. A small balcony makes it easy to see the rooftops of Paris.
