Situated in a very good condition Haussmannien building, equipped with a lift and a permanent house keeper, this apartment is on the top two floors overlooking a formal courtyard. This area is well known for its quietness and its upper class ambiance and is only a few steps away from the Champs Elysées where many shops are accessible by foot, with lots of restaurants close by. Many famous fashion shops as Hugo Boss, Vuitton, Chanel… are very close. The apartment is just in front of the Salle Pleyel concert hall where the most famous music composers are featured. The closest subway stops are Charles de Gaulle Etoile and Ternes, and many bus lines are nearby.
This recently renovated and modern two bedroom and two full bathroom apartment is spread over the top two floors connected by an interior stairway.
