It is just two blocks to Place Victor Hugo where there are cafés, restaurants, and boutiques. An easy walk or one Metro hop will take you to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees with its many theaters, attractions, and world class shopping and restaurants.
This luxury apartment is located on the second floor (w/elevator) of a very high quality building, with the expected security code, intercom, and resident concierge. This is a very nice family apartment which can comfortably accommodate eight people. It has refinished hardwood floors with area rugs, high ceilings, white walls, and lots of windows. The whole experience is one of clear space and light.
The entrance hall opens onto the large dining room with a table seating up to 12 guests. The large adjacent Salon is comfortably furnished and has a double sofa-bed. Equipment includes Cable TV, Stereo, and DSL Internet access with Wi-Fi.
The first bedroom near the entrance has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, basin, and toilet. A hall provides access to the remaining part of the apartment with three other bedrooms and baths. The second bedroom has one single bed. The third bedroom has two single beds. There is a small bathroom with walk-in shower located between the second and third bedrooms. The forth bedroom with a Queen bed is at the end of the corridor with a third bathroom with bathtub w/wall shower and basin. Individual toilets in separate enclosures are also accessible from the corridor.
The kitchen, adjacent to the living and dining room, is fully equipped and quite large. It has a refrigerator, conventional oven, Microwave oven, ceramic cook-top, Dishwasher, and clothes washer and dryer.
