This is a large well furnished two bedroom and two full bathroom apartment (1,155 Sq. Ft., Sleeps 5) in the premier area of the 16th arrondissement just steps away from the Place Victor Hugo and only a short walk to the Champs Elysées and Trocadero with its wonderful views of the Eiffel Tower. The apartment is on a calm street in a high quality building. Located on the 7th and 8th floors (last floor under the roof), the apartment has two outdoor terraces with a wonderful view over Paris.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

The apartment is a two level duplex. On the first, entry, level is the living room with double sofas (one can be used as a single bed), and an library alcove with desk and chair and bookshelves filled to the brim. The main Salon opens directly upon a nicely furnished terrace where you will be able to dine outside. Equipment includes Stereo, and DSL Internet access with Wi-Fi. The TV in the main salon has a standard setup with limited channels and the TV upstairs has a Cable TV setup with access to English channels. This main salon level also has a large formal dining room with direct access from the kitchen. The modern kitchen has a double wide size refrigerator, conventional oven, ceramic cook-top, Microwave oven, Dishwasher, and a clothes washer/dryer.

On the upper floor are the two bedrooms and bathrooms. The main bedroom has a Queen size bed with a large bathroom with bathtub with hand shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom has two single beds and opens on to a terrace. It also has a bathroom with a walk-in shower, basin, and toilet.
